(West Palm Beach, Fla.---) Television personalities, philanthropists, authors and friends all gathered at the hip Asian Concept, Fuku Restaurant for a Veteran’s Day celebration fundraiser for the West Palm Beach Chapter of Friends of the Fisher House, on Tuesday, November 13th, 2012.
Highlights of the event were the personal appearances of Jewelry designer Cristiana Shields and internationally known photographer and contemporary media artist Javier Bohorquez. Tom Bishop stopped traffic with display of his authentic, restored army truck in front of Fuku for the occasion. Bishop won the Jupiter Ritz-Carlton Golf Club “Foursome of Golf” valued at $1,000. Other raffle items included a gift certificate to Fuku Restaurant; a 24-karat gold dipped sand dollar necklace by Sasha Lickle Designs; complimentary Crystal Healing and Meditation session with Psychic Visions by Ava.
The host committee included local movers and shakers Craig Agranoff and Herb Tabin (CBS Tech Correspondents)
