The new website strengthens their existing branding by drawing inspiration from the firm’s logo to create an updated look and feel. The modern design positions the firm as a global provider and utilizes color to highlight key calls to action and attract user attention. The homepage features multiple paths for users to find information they seek including the option to search by market, company type, region or use the search bar with dynamic filters. To assure a cohesive experience for all users, Boston Interactive extended the new design and architecture of the public facing site to the secure Greenwich Research section. Extensive usability testing with key users and Greenwich Associates stakeholders were conducted on the website in order to ensure that the new online presence successfully fulfill the firm’s online marketing goals.
