Software = Dematerialization. Two worlds meshed together

We are on the verge of becoming one with, seeing and organizing the fabric world. This step will witness the realization of Andreessen’s argument--software will consume our world.

Nov. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- As argued by Marc Andreessen, co-founder and general partner of the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, in a recent lecture, software is eating the world.

Whizpool would like to take that argument one step further and suggest that Software = Dematerilization.

To fully understand this, we have to visualize two worlds. One world is the reality we know and live in where matter makes up everything--a material, static environment. The other world is composed of a
fabric of data that is malleable and always changing.

These two worlds, disparate, parallel reflections of each other.

Introduced during the 60’s, mainframes were the first step in connecting our “material” world to the “fabric” world. Once connected, a two-way competitive race begins. From our material world, we use the connection to push deeper into the fabrics threads, chugging the flow of data so that we can organize and control the matter around us. While the fabric world, constantly weaving and attaching to every last particle of matter, makes more and more connections. Exponentially showing us our intelligence.

PC’s connect the fabric world to our homes. The internet connects the fabric world to our social environment. Mobile devices connect the fabric world to our everyday movements. Google glasses, 3d printing and nanotechnology are examples of where the two worlds continue their race.

API’s through Apps, like Vevue, silently weave their way into our material world, directly attaching us to the fabric. We are on the verge of becoming one with, seeing and organizing the fabric world. This step will witness the realization of Andreessen’s argument--software will consume our world.

If you have an idea and are looking for development, now is the time to get proactive. The fabric world is making a forceful, indelible push into our material world. No industry, government or movement will stand in its way. It’s up to us to create the final tentacles of software that dematerialize every last particle, and
make us one with the fabric world.

It has never been cheaper or easier to take an idea and turn it into a business. Crowdfunding has helped and will continue to help pave the modern entrepreneurial way. Whizpool will help you create and develop your project, and get you on path toward raising your first million through crowdfunding!
