Founder of Total Wellness LLC, Candise “Killa Candise” Jordan announces the November 17, 2012 launch of Flat Belly Boot Camp’s Turkey Day Food Drive at Plaza 23 Event Center 4331 St. Barnabas Rd Temple Hills, MD 20748 as a gift for making food donations.

“There are many people in the area that cannot afford a Thanksgiving meal whether they are homeless, unemployed or poor. Organizations like SOME (So Other Might Eat) work year round to provide the individuals and families with assistance. The least I can do is to donate my time to help out and also encourage others to donate. By participating in this boot camp not only are they doing something healthy for themselves but they are helping others. It’s literally the gift that keeps on giving,” says Candise Jordan, Body Transformation Expert and Founder of Total Wellness.

The Flat Belly Boot Camp workout is designed to create long & lean bodies. This full body workout addresses all areas of fitness including cardiovascular, muscular endurance, fat loss, weight loss, full body strength, agility, balance, and flexibility. We fuse Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, and High Intensity Interval Training with Plyometric exercises perfect for burning fat & building muscle. It is the quickest way to get fit, lose fat and increase sports performance. All fitness levels welcome!!! Participants should be 16years or older.

The program consists of two components:

1.       Fun exercises to tone the body and facilitate fat burn- the right way!

2.       Tasty refreshments for the participants after the workout! The Perfect after workout snacks that include muscle building protein, reduce soreness, and improves results!

The Flat Belly Boot Camp starts Saturday morning November 17, 2012 at 9:30am sharp. We will kick start everything with a nice cardio kickboxing warm up to wake everyone up , next we will do a full body strength training & yoga cool down followed by after workout refreshments!
