Davis, who is the founding principal of Standish Executive Search, LLC, has served on the XPX Board of Directors. He succeeds Daniel A. Guglielmo, Chairman and Co-founder of XPX Global. Guglielmo, a Principal at Trust Design, is a nationally recognized business-owner advisor, speaker and author.
The Exit Planning Exchange has its roots in Boston where a group of advisors began holding meetings in 2006. Today, there are additional chapters in Connecticut, Philadelphia, DC Metro, and Tampa Bay, with a shared vision, mission and organizational structure.

Davis, who founded his new firm in May of this year, is a recruitment industry veteran who previously headed the Washington D.C. and Boston-based east coast offices of a national search firm. He is a recognized leader in organization building and business transformations. His current firm was formed as the executive search advisor to mid-size and smaller companies.
