Perschino’s department at Edward Andrews Homes includes builders, suppliers and trade contractors. He will provide direct leadership and develop effective strategies for day-to-day construction operations.
Prior to joining Edward Andrews Homes, Perschino worked with Atlanta based John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods for 17 years. He quickly established himself as a trendsetter for Atlanta homebuilding standards, setting records for cycle time, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. More recently, Perschino served as division president of Atlanta homebuilding operations for the builder where he oversaw real estate transactions and homebuilding operations. He also held roles as team leader in architecture, design, marketing, sales, customer satisfaction and land development.
Additionally, Perschino had a critical role in the development and implementation of John Wieland’s Quality Program. His team led to number one ratings in JD Power Awards for three years running in Customer Satisfaction and Home Quality.
Perschino is a licensed Georgia general contractor for residential and light commercial. He has served as a leader of the Georgia Power Builder panel and has actively volunteered with Habitat for Humanity. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University.
