Before joining Capriotti’s, Evans served as Vice President of Franchise Development at CiCi Enterprises, LP, where he successfully updated their recruiting program to increase franchise sales. Prior to working with CiCi Enterprises, Evans was employed by Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., where he served as Director, Senior Director and ultimately Vice President of Franchise Development. During his time with Wingstop, Evans was responsible for developing sales strategies that increased the franchise from 50 units to 500 units. He is currently enrolled in the Certified Franchise Executive program and will receive his CFE designation next year.
