Forgeas has more than 20 years of international experience in providing transaction and audit services to multinational companies seeking to expand their operations in the U.S. He has advised international clients from various industries – including water utilities, infrastructure, consumer and luxury goods, pharmaceutical and biotech, manufacturing and services – and helped them achieve their business objectives in the U.S.

Forgeas has Masters degrees in finance and econometrics from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris "Sciences Po" and the University of Paris II-Assas, respectively. He has a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Paris II-Assas. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
Forgeas regularly writes articles and speaks at professional conferences on complex international accounting matters. He is a member of the French American Chamber of Commerce, the AICPA and NYSSCPA, and is fluent in French and English.
