By: Operation Warm Oklahoma City Firefighters will serve the entire student population at four elementary schools across Oklahoma City and Putnam County – Westwood, Britton, FD Moon, and Windsor Hills. They have fundraised year round to prepare for this effort in which they will spend a day with each elementary school ensuring they personally fit each child with their brand-new coat, and helping to write their name on the interior tag which reads, “Made Especially for You.” Children will be receiving their new coats just in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday, which Oklahoma City Firefighters hope will bring families a bit of added joy.
