Shelon Douglas Is Awarded As Business And Technology Pioneer

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 14, 2012 - LOS ANGELES – November 7, 2012 Father’s and Families Coalition of America (FFCA (http://fathersandfamiliescoalition.org/)) presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award, signed by newly reelected President Obama. The ceremony was held on Friday November 2 on the campus of the University of Southern California. Business and technology expert, Shelon Douglas was among those awarded for dedication to service and technological advancement. Douglas has pioneered new systems and developments focusing on ‘businesspreneurship’ for both adults and teenagers.

“I am honored to be among such esteemed company,” says Douglas. “This award is so timely, and I am extremely grateful to be recognized for what I have been able to do for small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a strategist, I am always thinking of my next move, how to improve on existing technology systems and what steps I am taking to reach a desired goal. The FFCA ceremony at USC was the second ceremony, following another at Arizona State University. They Mistress of Ceremony and Keynote Speaker for the hour was the Honorable Judge Mablean Ephriam. Attended at the event were community activists, business owners, retired serviceman, etc. Recipients of the President’s award received an official White House pin, letter from President Barack Obama and a certificate signed by the President.
