According to Navgeet (King) Zed, President of TMCC Student Government Association and Coordinator of this event, all proceeds go to the American Red Cross. Event will feature entertainment, multi-faith prayers, silent auction, raffle and food.
Besides others, entertainment includes bands Shanti-Shanti and Slow Djinn Fez (a middle-eastern fusion band); and Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, etc., leaders will lead prayers for the victims and the devastation. There is a suggested donation of $10 to attend.
To be held from four to eight pm at TMCC Student Center in the Dandini Campus, it is sponsored/supported by various TMCC groups like Phi Beta Lambda, South Asian Students, Philippine United Student Organization, Toastmasters, Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), Eco-Club, International Club, Entrepreneurship Club, Student Democrats Club, Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, American Marketing Association, TMCC High School, Student Government Association;
