Johnson County Senior Living Community Achieves Perfect Score

Nov. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan.: Claridge Court senior living community in Prairie Village has achieved a deficiency-free score in their annual state health center survey this year, marking the third time the community has received this distinction in the last four years. The community also earned a national 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Claridge Court’s 5-star rating makes it one of only three communities in Kansas City metro and one of 10% nationwide with these credentials. The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) comes unannounced every nine to 15 months, and conducts annual surveys at health care centers throughout the state of Kansas.

“These scores are a testament to the phenomenal job our Health Center staff does to ensure we continue to offer the highest-quality health care and honor our commitment to residents and their families,” said executive director Rob Salierno.

With more than 200 regulations to follow every-day, there’s the potential to experience minor human errors, but the staff at Claridge Court proves that isn’t the case.
