The Charlotte Dragoneez asked that attendees wear proper riding gear, as a means of ensuring a safe and fun evening. This meant that, for riders wanting to celebrate Halloween, regulations regarding safe riding gear still applied. The ride itself was only expected to last an hour, taking event-goers through the scenic, historical streets of local Charlotte. Riders were encouraged to come with full tanks and empty stomachs because, after the ride, everyone ate a delicious meal at a restaurant chosen by the riders themselves.
