Hyundai sets the bar at this year’s SEMA show and Edmond Hyundai has the scoop

Hyundai offers an alternative for 2013 car shoppers. A new Hyundai Elantra GT stole the SEMA show and Edmond Hyundai has the scoop and more.

Nov. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- This year at the SEMA Show there was difficulty trying to narrow done the favorites of the seven Hyundai cars that made an appearance.  They managed to pick three of their favorites.  This includes the HATCI Velocity (http://www.edmondhyundai.com/new/details/KMHTC6AD0DU112252/2013_hyundai_veloster__Oklahoma_City_Oklahoma), The Cosworth racing Series concept, and the Bisimoto Elantra GT.

The HATCI (pronounced “hatchee”) was designed specifically for North America.  The body kit was designed by the employees of HATCI to include a one of a kind lift reducing rear spoiler and an aero side skirt lip.  On the interior, you will find custom suede and interesting storage space just for helmets.  The guts this precious metal is a Cosworth turbo, intercooler and engine management system.  At the wheel you could possibly experience the goal of 400 hp and 350 lb ft of torque.  This will not be available for purchase for your consideration of a 2013 Hyundai, but it very much demands your attention.

The next pick at the 2013 SEMA show was the Cosworth racing series concept. Cosworth has put in 100 percent efforts in the design from its head to its toes and all the way on the inside. Cosworth contributed the unique design of the carbon fiber body kit and the satin/gloss blue paint of the outer appearance.  On the inside, where Cosworth specialty lies, there is a 3.8-liter Hyundai V6 with new engine controller mapping, cold air Intake and high-flow exhaust.  The goal for this does not fall short of the HATCI with 396 hp and 325 lb ft of torque.

Last but certainly not least….the Bisimoto Elantra GT, which happens to be my favorite as well.  Bisimoto is most known for the tuning inline fours and flat six Porsches.  This main attraction of this Elantra is the Turbonetics BTX6462 turbo that is attached to the Hyundai 1.8 liter.  This sweet precious angle of a car has an estimated goal of 602 hp and 409 lb ft of torque!  Are you kidding me?!   I think that my pick for this year is hands down the Bisimoto Elantra GT!
