Silke Fleischer co-founded ATIV Software and published the sophisticated EventPilot conference app which received the GOLD Stevie® Award in 2012 American Business Awards℠. In addition to starting a rapid growth company in the male dominated mobile app development world, she implemented a completely remote business structure to keep the company footprint small while offering employees the greatest flexibility in working from anywhere in the world.
