Nov. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (November 12, 2012) – Vapur (http://www.vapur.us/)®, designer and manufacturer of the innovative Anti-Bottle, is taking the company’s community efforts to the next level through a key partnership with RandomKid (http://www.randomkid.org/). Sharing Vapur’s vision to affect positive change in the community, RandomKid is an organization dedicated to helping kids creatively and successfully solve world problems.

“In 2010, during the BP oil spill crisis, we began our collaboration with RandomKid when a group of students asked to use our Anti-Bottles to raise funds for the recovery efforts,” says David Czerwinski, co-founder and Vapur CEO. “RandomKid placed a few "random" Anti-Bottle orders for different organizations and schools and our partnership has continued to grow from there. The Anti-Bottle proved to be a great fundraising tool for kids wanting to make a difference. We are honored to be part of their action for change and glad that our Anti-Bottles are helping them in their efforts.”

RandomKid was founded to educate, mobilize, unite and empower youth to directly impact local and global needs. RandomKid’s Founder and CEO, 17-year-old Talia Leman released a book this October called, A Random Book About the Power of Anyone. This book shares the insightful wisdom of a young, active “Random Kid” on a mission to prove that anyone can make a difference. Not only does this book inspire and motivate, it also includes a chapter on Vapur and how Talia and kids everywhere were able to change the world through fundraising with “The Anti-Bottle Project.”

To support the book launch, Vapur will host a book signing, offer a book and Anti-Bottle combo pack on Vapur.us and publish a Q&A blog post with Talia. The Book and Vapur Anti-Bottle Bundle will be available exclusively on Vapur.us while supplies last. The Vapur-hosted book signing will take place at the Des Moines, Iowa. Whole Foods location at the end of January, where fans will be able to meet the author, buy an Anti-Bottle and get a signed copy of Talia’s book.

“We are thrilled to be working with such a game-changing product like the Vapur Anti-Bottle, not only to raise funds but to also do it in a sustainable way,” says Dana Leman, Executive Vice President of RandomKid. “Today’s youth are using all proceeds from the sale of Anti-Bottles to provide safe water wells to the world or to install green technologies in their schools.”
