Honored recently by CMIT Solutions, Inc. with their top President’s Award, for her commitment to helping customers, other franchise owners and her overall dedication to the CMIT brand, Peterson continues to position her company for growth. When asked how she does it Peterson stressed, “It’s a lot of work. Our entire team just keeps moving forward. This year we increased our staff by 38% and doubled our office space.”
Following another great quarter for the year Peterson states, “What makes what we do so dynamic is that we truly partner with our customers. We combine their business initiatives with our service and technology know-how. Everyone advances. We all move forward together. ”
When asked where she goes from here Peterson explains that CMIT Fort Worth plans to begin putting more new technology into play for small and midsize businesses. “This year we began a soft launch of the InFocus Mondopad, a giant 55” high definition touch tablet used for conference room collaboration and big screen video-conferencing. We are making sure we have the right mix of products and services for our customers in the greater Fort Worth area. We recognize that businesses that are up to date with their technology have an advantage over their competitors. ”
“The ultimate goal of CMIT Fort Worth is to put new technology products and services into the offices of small and midsize businesses at manageable prices. We want to create new energy and better connections between their business, their customers, their partners and their staff.”
“We are moving into 2013 asking new and existing customers to Upgrade their Technology Mix.” That’s the plan Peterson and her team look forward to implementing.
