The all new Social Media Meltdown™ board game launches today.
The game is a tongue in cheek take on our cultural obsession with Social Media. Featuring social media faux pas extraordinaire, the game is set to be a big hit this Christmas as those social media addicts we all know find the game in their Christmas stocking this year!
Steve Reece, the Game’s inventor said “I’ve been professionally involved with board games for years, previously managing huge titles like Monopoly, Cluedo and others in a different working life. But I hadn’t seen anybody launch a game reflecting the biggest cultural/media trend of the last decade, and sought to fill the very obvious gap with a funny and light hearted game. There is no serious point to be made here – I use Social Media a little too much myself, but still you do have to see the funny side of this massive phenomenon as well”.
The game is distributed under license by Imagination Games in the UK & Eire, and is available from all leading retail stores.
