Richard takes Bryn Bella’s guests on a day of exploring, picking and identifying the National Park’s hedgerows, fields and meadows. Chestnuts, wild berries and fruit will be on the menu when Richard shares a bush craft session in how to cook the free spoils. Mark Edwards said “Bryn Bella’s green ethos makes this the perfect partnership, two Snowdonia businesses working together to raise awareness of the natural potential around us, with only a sustainable impact on the area. Our guests can spend a day learning new skills in a stunning environment and then retire to quality accommodation without compromising their sustainable ideals.” Bryn Bella has a string of environmental and tourism related awards gained over nine years. The friendly approach to sustainable tourism has enabled Mark and his wife Joan to deliver a haven within Snowdonia which is both sustainable and of the highest quality. This collaboration is one of many initiatives they have undertaken which also include solar energy, car free tourism and now electric car charging points which are free for guest of Bryn Bella.
