The NSPCC’s Peterborough Business Support Group is bringing all the glitz of the ballroom to the city with a show-stopping appearance by Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ola and James Jordan.
The pair have been lined up to dance into the spotlight at the Group’s Strictly Showtime Dinner next Spring. And tickets are now on sale – providing the perfect Christmas present doubling up as a charitable gift.
The pair will put on what promises to be a dazzling display of Latin Dances and then take questions from the guests.

All the money raised will go straight towards supporting the NSPCC’s work with vulnerable children and young people in the local area.
Strictly Showtime Dinner is just one of two star studded events the charity is organising in the first half of 2013. On Thursday, March 21, the charity is hosting a black tie evening with television presenter Paul Ross. It is hoped local Olympic gymnast Louis Smith will be making a guest appearance on the night.
Organiser Carol Bunning said: “We are delighted to be attracting such high profile guests to our events. Their help enables us to continue raising money for the NSPCC which supports the invaluable work they do in our region.
“We are very excited about these two events. With Strictly Come Dancing so popular I’m sure Ola and James have plenty of local fans who would love to see them dancing for real.”
