Jennie Walker Featured in BBC Documentary on Superstorm Sandy

Nov. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Jennie Walker, a New York based singer/songwriter, charity fundraiser and Line Producer for Film At Eleven, will be featured, along with videos from her YouTube Channel, in the upcoming BBC documentary film “Superstorm USA: Caught on Camera, a one hour special on Superstorm Sandy.  The documentary airs on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 10 pm on BBC Three in the United Kingdom.

After posting short videos of the impact of Superstorm Sandy on midtown Manhattan, specifically the Times Square area, on her YouTube channel used for her music, Jennie began getting inquiries from media outlets to use her footage of the storm and for interviews.  Jennie was featured on two live BBC World News broadcasts on October 31; one interview from her home via SKYPE and the second from the New York City bureau of the BBC, where she spoke about what she experienced and saw of hurricane Sandy.

The fast turnaround documentary focuses on how mobile phones and personal cameras captured the unforgettable images of Superstorm Sandy and was produced by Mentorn Media.
