The BPM Resource Center site includes a “What is BPM” primer and FAQ section covering the basics as well as the differences in often conflated topics of BPM and BPMS. It clarifies and demystifies many key industry terms and concepts such as how BPM relates to Lean Six Sigma and social collaboration. A number of concise, short videos, help convey these topics in a crisp, succinct fashion. The site also offers tips on getting started on BPM initiatives;

The site will also soon have available a BPM expert database to provide a searchable, comprehensive resource for finding BPM consultants with specific industry, technology and or methodology expertise in a given geographic location.
