Kramer and Davis LLC and Class A Management announce the grand opening of Casa Feliz Apartments

Nov. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Kramer and Davis LLC and Class A Management are pleased to announce the grand opening of Casa Feliz Apartments, a completely rehabilitated 161-unit apartment community in the North Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas.

A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and tour with community leaders invited will take place November 15, 2012 at 12PM at the property, located at 3706 W. 8th Street, Dallas 75211. A Grand Opening Festival for residents and prospective residents will take place at Casa Feliz on Saturday November 17, 11AM-2PM.

According to Arthur Zwern, Manager of Kramer and Davis LLC, “We’ve invested over $1M to turn an obsolete and neglected property into the most appealing low-income apartment community in the neighborhood. We set out to make everything our residents see and touch feel new, but the rents are low because we did it for 1/4 the cost of new construction.”

Casa Feliz Apartments is a complete repositioning of the former Indian Ridge Apartments at the same address. The top-to-bottom rehabilitation includes new roofs, renovated interiors, new access gates, two new pools, multiple playground and BBQ areas, extensive energy efficiency retrofits, full carpentry and paint, and even details like fire extinguishers in each kitchen.

Casa Feliz offers 161 large 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, all of which are being offered in newly renovated condition with energy star appliances, multiple ceiling fans in each unit, and other upgrades. The property is run “all bills paid” which further increases affordability.

According to Cathy Fontana, Owner of third-party management company Class A Management, “in 30 years managing thousands of Dallas area apartments, I have never been able to offer such a high quality family community at such affordable prices. The rehabilitation is currently nearing completion, and newly finished apartments are available now. The general contractor for the project is Millsworth Associates, Dallas TX.
