In addition to its fourth year of operation, Keys of Paradise is honoring the re-opening of the multifaith reading room called the Sacred Library at Keys of Paradise, which has donations from the former Sacred Paths library and the New Alexandrian Library, as well as an altar for ancestral veneration, in an area donated from the store’s space. The library and altar will be open during the event.
The amazing local folk band Murphy’s Midnight Rounders will be performing at the event, which runs from 12 noon to 4 P.M. on Saturday, December 8th. A palm reader, tarot reader, and reiki healer will also be on hand at the anniversary celebration to share their traditional arts with members of the community.
Hungry guests will be invited to partake in a chili feed, along with other snacks and drinks, and various prizes will be offered to visitors. New products will be on display from Keys of Paradise and Fair Maiden Fusions. Keys of Paradise is also collecting food donations for the Second Harvest Heartland Food Shelf. Donations for the food shelf, library and altar will be graciously accepted.
Keys of Paradise, a locally-owned business, is becoming a fixture of the neighborhood with its dedication to manufacturing natural body care and household fragrance products for the holistic and spiritual markets, along with sourcing products from local farmers and artisans and global suppliers. The library, the ancestral altar, and this anniversary event form part of the business’s effort to become a part of the historic landscape of East St. Paul.
This free event goes from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on December 8th and is open to all. Products can be purchased from www.keysofparadise.com. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to become involved in this special event!
