City Business Director for Development, Deltona License Collector and other Sanford Chamber dignitaries will participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony that celebrates the official grand opening of the E-POST Second Location for the FedEx, Post Office service. The ceremony and ribbon cutting will take place November at 4:30 p.m. at the Winn Dixie Shopping Plaza, located at 1235R Providence Blvd, Deltona, Florida 32725
