DroneFusion.com aims to take the web development industry by storm, top customer service around

PRLog - Nov. 9, 2012 - NEW YORK -- http://www.DroneFusion.com is setting the standard for executing projects on the web.  In an industry marred by horror stories and frustration, http://www.DroneFusion.com ironically excels in customer service.  Cofounder and CEO Josh Schulman remembers a lesson he learned while working in the telecommunications service industry; "My boss at the time would always tell us that if someone has a positive experience, they may tell up to 3 people.  And if someone has a negative experience, they will tell 10 more than that.  I've taken this mentality with me in to work every single day since that experience."  Josh is no rookie to the internet world, having worked at the New York City agency MediaWhiz and startup Blueprint Industries over the past 5 years prior to starting DroneFusion.com with longtime friend Shiv Dawadi earlier this year.  DroneFusion is centered arounds innovation and efficiency in regards to their development strategy.  Strong communication with their clients is an understatement.  Prior to development, they make sure they understand every single requirement of the project.  That way there is little room for error and unhappy customers.  Josh will tell you that his own personal experiences working with developers lead him to get into the business; "I wanted to get my site done for an affordable rate, so I used a developer in India.  I thought we were on the same page in the beginning, but it turned out that we weren't even in the same book.  I ended up spending double what I wanted to, and received the unfinished product 2 weeks late.  But the developer claimed it was finished.  It turns out he didn't understand one of my requirements correctly.  Absolute nightmare and waste of time and money.  That's when I realized there can be a better way."  http://www.dronefusion.com has the communication process with their development team down.  So regardless of what the scope of the project is, DroneFusion knows how to deliver.  They are slowing building a reputation in New York City, Rockland, and Westchester Counties.
