This announcement heralds the first high performance after market exhaust system with catalytic converters that are certified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) for meeting the emissions limits and being legal in forty nine (49) states. Kooks Custom Headers announced that they will be offering their industry leading high performance custom header designs with “Green Cats” from Global Emissions Systems Inc.
