Sundial Announce 2013 Teamscapes Taster Days

Nov. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Sundial Teamscapes have announced a new series of Taster Days, allowing businesses and groups to preview their range of indoor and outdoor team building exercises before booking a bespoke programme. The complimentary teambuilding taster events will take place throughout 2013 at each of the three Sundial country house venues. Woodside in Warwickshire and Barnett Hill in Surrey will both be hosting their complimentary events in March, with two events taking place at Highgate House in Northamptonshire.

The Taster Days are intended for the use of training departments, HR personnel, office managers or anyone who is responsible for ensuring the cohesive and efficient management of a team. With the aim of familiarising attendees with the full range of Teamscapes activities, the event will include a morning features presentation and a complete demonstration of the outdoor and indoor activities that are available at each site. A complimentary lunch is also on offer, so that those attending can get a complete overview of the facilities available for their team.

The Teamscapes activities themselves are a series of short challenges which are intended to challenge the brain rather than the body. They are not frightening or risky, nor are they physically strenuous or tiring. Aimed at honing skills and encouraging good working behaviours and practices within a team, Sundial offers indoor, outdoor or even culinary team building activities, with the premise that experiential learning will help both individuals and teams to grow and progress.

Every team member can play a part in each activity. Our activities are aimed at improving different skillsets, whether it’s creativity, leadership skills, time management or resource handling. Individuals can hone their skills and help to identify their role within a team, and the ways in which they can contribute further to make sure they work effectively together. Irrespective of career level, the exercises provide a level playing field where all team members work together on an equal footing to ensure the best outcome possible.

Each of the Sundial venues offering these unique team building activities have great transport links, being easily accessible from main motorways. There is also the opportunity for groups to take advantage of residential stays in some of the stunning accommodation options available, all of which will be able to view during the 2013 Taster Days.
