The land Payne’s Environmental cleared in Westchase will house a green home community called Champions Forest. The 90 homes this community will consist of will be environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Fresh air ventilation, improved insulation systems, interior moisture management, pressure balancing and more are the home elements that allow inhabiting families to save as much as 45% a year on utility bills. Along with helping families save money, energy efficient homes are less impactful and damaging to the environment, which helps families decrease their carbon footprint.
“We are excited to have a part in Champions Forest and going green!” said Annette Payne, co-owner of the family run and operated Payne’s Environmental.
The developers for this multimillion dollar project will be Ashton Woods Homes, a national award winning home builder established in 1992. In their twenty years of business they have designed and built new, energy efficient homes, condos and communities in several states including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina. The expected date of completion for Champions Forest is March 2015.
Payne’s completed the land clearing project in Westchase in one week’s time. Co-owner Terry Payne explains that Payne’s Environmental makes every project a “simple turn key operation.” “We take the Payne out of your site project,” said Terry.
