This will be Optima’s second year attending the Education Facilities Forum, a ‘B2B speed dating’ style event, organised by Forum Events. The event is being held on 19th-20th November 2012 at Heythrop Park Resort, Oxfordshire.
Forum Events coordinate back to back appointments with prospective business matches throughout the two day event, introducing schools and academies who have already confirmed an interest in a particular area with the appropriate business attending the forum. Last year, Optima were the most requested supplier, with many of their appointment slots doubled up with two or more delegate companies.
Since attending the 2011 Education Facilities Forum, Optima have continued to grow their customer portfolio, improve their query management system and secure savings of over £390,000 on the ISPC gas contract to date, whilst working on a subscription, cloud-hosted version of their market leading optima™ software for companies wishing to run their sustainability and energy management reporting themselves.
Optima offer a range of services catering for any institution size, offering schools bespoke solutions to save on their utility bills. By combining competitive prices, excellent customer support and the optima™ software, they ensure their client’s energy costs are kept under control.
This is what some of their current education clients have to say:
”Following considerable due diligence, and with the agreement of my Board of Governors, I appointed Optima Energy Management. It is one of the best decisions I have made. Not only have they secured for us considerable financial savings, but as importantly, the level of service has been first class.”
(Jonathan Wheeler, Bursar, Worksop College)
“Our energy costs had almost doubled, then we took Optima onboard and are now making significant savings across all our eight sites to date. The dedicated Account Manager is always available and very helpful, friendly and is at hand if ever we have any queries with our energy bills. The rate is now checked by Optima, saving us time, and all paperwork is explained thoroughly, making everything simple and easy.”
(Caroline Quelch, Finance Controller, Cambridge Centre for Sixth Form Studies)
