The mission of the new Jo-burg office is to provide a friendly and informative welcome to new customers. Support staff will reach out to customers shortly after they have signed up in order to introduce themselves, explain the support features available and to answer any customer queries. They are also there to offer helpful demonstrations of how to access some of SEO4k’s excellent features and services in order to insure that customers can really keep up with the progress of their campaigns and make the most of their accounts.
This is a brilliant expansion of SEO4k’s commitment to the South African marketplace, and will be a great addition to an already spectacular service package.
