The Partners in Service to the Community award is given to the facilities management partner who plays a significant role in directing and meeting the objectives of their client's community involvement objectives, through supporting and implementing programmes for improved employment, health, welfare and environmental prospects of the communities that the client's business and facilities touch.
Nominated this year were Sodexo with Langside College SVQ, Freidman Limited with Norwood, and The inspired spaces Nottingham Local Education Partnership.
The winners – Sodexo with Langside College – joined forces to provide local students with the opportunity to develop practical skills and knowledge to increase their employability. The award was presented by Holly James, Sales Manager at Workplace Law. Holly commented:
“We were thrilled to sponsor this award, which demonstrates a real understanding on behalf of the service providers of the local community in which they operate. Having this key knowledge and understanding of a client’s business is vital to service providers when adding value.”
Workplace Law congratulates all the award winners across the 12 different categories.
