Both blackberries and raspberries possess polyphenolic compounds…such as ellagic acid, quercetin, gallic acid, anthocyanins and cyanidins.

In particular, blackberries supply a large amount of fiber which keeps the digestive system strong. Their antibacterial excellencies make them a blood cleansing agent. Rich in salicylate, this berry also performs as a pain reliever.

Raspberries

Raspberry fruit is an extremely effective anti-viral agent.
