The Taylor Street Flight features intimate glimpses inside Three Aces with chef Matt Troost (Fianco), Davanti Enoteca with chef Richard Ginn (Trattoria Lucca) and Urban Union with chef Michael Shrader (N9NE).
Flight Chicago’s West Loop Flight is getting a revamp with two new restaurants joining the line-up. Joining chef David Dworshak (Spring) at Carnivale will be chef Jared Van Camp (Old Town Social) of Chicago Magazine’s Best New Restaurant of 2011, Nellcôte and chef John Manion’s (Mas) much-anticipated, newly opened La Sirena Clandestina.
The Wicker Park Flight has also welcomed chef Mark Steuer‘s (The Bedford) newest venture, Carriage House, to the Wicker Park Flight, after adding The Bedford last year.
For holiday giving and entertaining needs, Flight Chicago offers gift certificates and custom group options for staff parties, entertaining clients or unique holiday gatherings with friends and family. Individual ticket sales are also available.
“Night Flights” will also roll out by January 2013, operating on the same behind-the-scenes principle as regular flights, but focusing rather on intimate glimpses of some of Chicago’s most talented mixologists and bar chefs.
A company launched by 2 friends in November of 2010, Flight Chicago plans to continue expansion with new restaurants and special events through 2013.
