Mr. Miller attended Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne where he received a B.A. in Public Administration. He graduated from Tomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, he served as managing associate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. His work experience includes a capacity as a public defender in the Allen County Misdemeanor Court. Currently, he serves part-time as a public defender in the Allen County Public Defender’s Office where he deals mainly with juvenile and mental health cases. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana as well as the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
