TTI Performance Systems Publishes Series of Technical Reports Validating Assessments

Research reveals validity and freedom from adverse impact across multivariate assessments.

Nov. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- TTI Performance Systems announces the completion and publication of three technical reports on Behaviors, Motivators and Competencies, assessed from its Style Insights®, Motivation Insights®, DNA Personal Soft Skills Indicator and the Hartman Value Profile. These three reports join the research library of TTI’s recently published Adverse Impact Study.

Brad Harper, TTI-certified associate and executive director of Trigon Executive Assessment Center, said, “I was recently involved in significantly expanding the use of TTI TriMetrix® HD in the selection process of a multi-million dollar utilities company, in which legal liability issues and adverse impact exposure were of major concern. Using Cronbach’s alpha (α), the most appropriate statistical test for calculating reliability, research demonstrates TTI’s behavior assessments score up to .885; motivator assessments up to .829; with competency assessments indicating a part one reliability of .897 and a part two reliability of .825. All assessments are well above the minimum levels of acceptance for scientific validity.
