Susan is also a contributing author for the upcoming Sedona Awakenings, which is set for publication by Auricle Books (www.BooksForHealingBodyMindAndSpirit.com)
A message from the author: “Legacy of Dreams is a three book series that began with Dreams of the Man. Dreams of the Few continues the unforgettable journey that started with Casey Wheeler and Brody Murphy. I hope this series will resonate with my readers and give them pause to consider the challenges, fears and demons that sometimes control our lives. This three book series of metaphysical fiction highlights the importance of living with passion and courage, and pursuing the dreams we hold dear.”
Dreams of the Many is available now online and in select books stores. This far-reaching metaphysical novel is an insightful story about shared humanity. It challenges our concepts and beliefs about life and its purpose and offers a lesson about our capacity to overcome our fears, and become what we were meant to be. This odyssey of the mind will test your assumptions about what is real and what is fantasy.
When his strange dreams first started, renowned stage actor Brody Murphy could not know that the dreams would test his sanity and change his life forever. The person controlling these dreams is a young autistic boy named Casey, and for him, the stakes are high and the dream is more than fantasy. The outcome will determine Casey’s future. Brody is one of ten people brought together in a surreal dream world designed to help Casey overcome his afflictions and live a normal life. Some will succeed and some will fail, but all must have the courage to overcome their nightmares.
What Readers Are Saying about Dreams of the Many
“I hadn’t heard of Susan Obijiski but I decided to buy this book because the synopsis intrigued me. I like authors who write in a way that allows my mind’s eye to see the images and gives my imagination enough fodder to picture the people and the places they go. This one didn’t let me down. I got really attached to the little boy, to the teenage girl, the beautiful artist, the tortured actor and all of the rest of the characters. This is a book I will read again.” ~ G.S., Cherry Tree, PA ~
“It’s easy to fall victim to the mundane tasks of the day and forget the dreams we had when we were kids. I loved this book because it reminded me that as long as I’m alive there is still time to achieve the goals I set long ago. ~ P.D., Ashville, NC ~
“I bought this book because it was about an autistic child and I am the proud parent of an autistic boy. The book may be fictional but the one thing I really appreciated was the way Casey was depicted as a child who could overcome the label society gave him. Kids are often labeled as autistic because doctors don’t know what else to call them. Reading this book inspired me to work harder to help my son fulfill his potential.” ~ N.R., Wausau, WI ~
“If there is one lesson people should take away from this book is that most of us let our fears control us. We don’t try for what we want because we failed in the past or because we don’t believe in our ability to overcome obstacles. Too often we listen to what others think we can do or be and that holds us back. Dreams of the Many reminded me that I should get out there and get it done.” ~ R.T., San Diego, CA ~
