Xtend Barre DC is located in the heart of Washington, DC’ Mt. Vernon Square/Convention Center area. The studio’s trainers are knowledgeable and experienced in the fitness and wellness field. Each trainer is certified in Pilates and Xtend Barre, and educated to modify workouts for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but it can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge.
