Nathan Claire Group launches banking pre-confirmation software

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 7, 2012 - Using AdvicePro, a customer can proactively confirm an issued instrument such as a cheque using free format or formatted SMS and emails. Rather than calling the customer on presentment of the instrument, bank officials can simply check on AdvicePro and only make calls when there is no pre-confirmation. AdvicePro will reduce the costs and time spent making these phone calls, and eliminate inefficiencies such as when the customer is unreachable and the Bank needs to make a pay/return decision. AdvicePro also gives the customer peace of mind that important payments will not be delayed.
