PRLog - Nov. 7, 2012 - CAPE TOWN, South Africa -- Qorus Software, the market’s first provider of document automation solutions for Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office, will be exhibiting at the largest and most comprehensive event dedicated exclusively to Microsoft SharePoint and supporting technologies. Over 7,000 SharePoint professionals from across the globe are expected to attend the four day event focusing on technical education, product evaluation and community. The company will be exhibiting at the event in response to growing demand in North America for a document automation solution for SharePoint.
Ray Meiring, CEO of Qorus Software
“We have seen quite a jump in the number of enquiries we have been receiving from organizations in the US and Canada in search of a document automation solution that supports their SharePoint strategy,” says Ray Meiring, CEO of Qorus Software. “This increase in demand is in line with the findings in a recent report by AIIM on the use of third-party SharePoint add-ons to fill the gaps in some of SharePoint’s functionality.”
A report published in July 2012 by AIIM, the global community of information professionals, highlighted predicted growth in the use of 3rd party automated document creation add-ons for SharePoint to be forecast at over 200%.
The company’s flagship product, Qorus DocGeneration, enables organizations to access document automation functionality natively in SharePoint and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to design intelligent templates that dynamically merge with live data stored in SharePoint lists, CRM systems and virtually any enterprise system.
Qorus DocGeneration clients benefit from dramatic reductions in average document generation time of up to 20 hours down to minutes as documents are automatically populated with the most up-to-date content and sent through a formal review and approval process before being sent to the intended recipients. This automation process eliminates human error and formatting issues while dramatically reducing the average turn-around time on document requests.
“Our primary objective at the exhibition will be to recruit a number of US based SharePoint integrators to act as resellers and implementation and support partners for Qorus DocGeneration. We have managed to serve our US based clients well from our development and support center in Cape Town. However, locally based partners will enable us to better meet the growing demand for our product and provide US based clients with local support,” concludes Meiring.
The company is inviting conference attendees to visit their stand for a demonstration of the latest release of its document automation add-on for SharePoint, Qorus DocGeneration, as well as the latest release of its proposal automation solution, Qorus Breeze Proposals. The company will be launching the latest release of both products at the show on the 11 of November 2012.
