Free Florida e-discovery "how to" videos by attorney David Steinfeld

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 6, 2012 - Board Certified Business Litigation attorney David Steinfeld has created a two-part video series for businesses on how they can lower their electronic discovery expenses before they are even sued.

Electronic discovery is a relatively new development in litigation and responds to the reality that most, if not all businesses now store at least some information electronically.  In its simplest form, e-discovery is the collection, analysis, and production of electronically stored information, such as e-mails and scanned documents.

The Part One Video explains where in the commercial litigation process electronic discovery resides and what can happen if businesses don't act now to protect themselves in the future.  The Part Two Video identifies specific steps that any business can take right away to reduce the future costs they will face in electronic discovery in lawsuits brought by them or against them.
