Apprentices, High School Graduates, & Career-Changers are Invited to Attend Open House at IECRM

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 6, 2012 - DENVER, Colorado -- November 6, 2012 -- The Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) (www.iecrm.org), the largest educational institution for electrical and energy professionals in the Rocky Mountain region, invites prospective students to the inaugural IECRM Open House on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at IECRM (76th and Washington) in Denver, Colorado. Visitors are welcome to attend the Open House at two convenient times: from 7:30-9:00am and from 4:00-6:00pm. Plan to stop by!

At the Open House, visitors can:

■  Meet IECRM’s educational instructors and staff

■  Tour IECRM’s classrooms and labs

■  Learn about registering for the Electrical Apprenticeship Training program

■  Learn about opportunities for employment in the electrical and renewable energy fields

■  Find out about financial assistance opportunities for apprenticeship tuition

■  Learn about cutting-edge continuing education classes, which include:

○ Solar installer certification courses (NABCEP courses)
○ OSHA certification courses
○ Electrician’s License prep courses (for the Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, and Residential Wireman license exams)
○ Management, leadership, and marketing courses
○ PDU credits that are state-required
