Buggle Books New Kid on the Block

Nov. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- A new on line book shop has been launched to add to the competition for the ever growing eBook market. Buggle Books will be offering print books as well as eBooks and eReaders.

The company which is based in Lowestoft Suffolk is a family run business with a history in retail but this is a new move into the Book market.

“I am an avid reader,” says Ken May who is heading up the business. “I just love books and despite my retail career spanning food to jewellery and gifts, books have always been a passion.”

I asked Ken how he thought he could compete in a market that is dominated by companies like Amazon.

“Amazon is no longer just a book store it is a mega store covering a variety of products. Our focus is our customers. We make sure we are available to speak to our customers bringing a more personal approach to the business. Just because we are an online shop doesn’t mean we have to be a faceless entity like many of the bigger companies, which seem to deliberately distance themselves from their customers.”
