Michelino Gioia. He will present signature a la carte dishes as well as carefully selected lunch and dinner set menus, and weekend brunch with unique and delectable Italian dishes. On November 21, the Michelin chef will hand down his secret cooking recipes during a cooking class. An exquisite six-course gala dinner, prepared by Chef Michelino, Park Hyatt Seoul’s executive chef and Cornerstone chef, with matching Bava wines paired to each dish will be presented on November 22. The most renowned winery located in Piemonte region of Italy, Bava is the leading producer of the fascinating grape variety ‘Barbera’. Bava plays classical music in its winery during the harvest to soothe the fermantation process and produce the highest quality wines with an intense aroma and flavour. Á la carte dishes for lunch and dinner are priced from KRW 26,000, set dinner is priced from KRW 90,000, weekend brunch and cooking class are priced at KRW 90,000 each, and gala dinner is priced at KRW 160,000.
