Site For Young Sportswriters Growing

www.TalkSportsNow.com welcomes two new talented sportswriters

PRLog - Nov. 9, 2012 - BOONTON, N.J. -- Alyssa Olimpio, Editor of Talk Sports Now, welcomes two new talented sportswriters to the TSN team. Andrew Badillo and Emmett Laurie join the site with a desire to advance their own writing skills and their mutual love of sports. TSN team strongly believes that with the addition of both Andrew and Emmett, the site will improve and attract more readers.

Talk Sports Now is a site created to allow children between the ages of 13 and 17 to get published and advance their writing skills. The site was composed after one of the founders, Alex Olimpio, attended the Bruce Beck and Ian Eagle Sports Broadcasting Camp over the summer of 2012. The one week camp ignited a desire to pursue a career in sports journalism. But, Alex became frustrated after the camp was over because he didn’t know how he could continue his practice of sport’s writing. There was no known website that existed that allowed inexperienced teens to become contributing sports writers.

As a result of this problem, Talk Sports Now was created by Alex Olimpio and his sister, Alyssa Olimpio, with the help of their father. The mission statement of the site is to further better the skills of young writers between ages 13 and 17 by sharing a mutual love for sports. If you think that you want to go into the field of sports writing or even sports broadcasting, then come join TSN today and become an official TSN writer! With your parents approval, if you are between ages 13 and 17, become a TSN writer by going to www.TalkSportsNow.com and click on the “Become A TSN Writer” link.
