Dr. Han Hwang, fluent in Korean, earned her Medical Degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. She is highly recognized and extensively accredited. She holds four diplomate certificates from accreditation organizations in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Vascular Interpretation. She has conducted extensive research in congestive heart failure, peripheral artery disease, coronary artery disease, and other areas. She has also donated numerous hours as a volunteer for multiple charitable organizations in the U.S. and needy countries around the world.
Dr. Han Hwang and Ms. Yeung are excited to be part of NYCVA’s team of cardiac specialists, and are especially committed to helping women in New York improve their cardiac health. New York Cardiovascular Associates has been serving the five boroughs of New York since 2005. It was formed from several cardiac, pulmonary, and internal medicine practices that had been treating New Yorkers for over 35 years.
