Hanover and DayBreak Commercial Groups Team Up On Multi-Family Deal!

The Hanover Group and The DayBreak Group, both with KW Commercial teamed up to aid Cozmo, LLC  in acquiring a 30 unit, Multi-Family building in Los Angeles.  

Raoul Amescua, KW Commercial Director, and Brett Dunne, Commercial Associate Broker, had been looking for the right property for the Managing Member of Cozmo, LLC.  Due to the great marketing of KW Commercial MLS web-solution and the tenacity of both commercial groups, the deal came together for just under $5,700,000.
