Nov. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- epiphany glass will donate 10 percent of the proceeds from its blown-glass ornament gift packages to HAVEN this holiday in support of the group’s mission to prevent and treat victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. The holiday ornaments, individually handcrafted in epiphany’s Pontiac glass studio, are specially packaged in a set of three for $105. The limited-edition gift packs will be available through December.  

“We are proud to partner with HAVEN to raise awareness of the critical role they play in our community,” said April Wagner, owner/artist of epiphany studio. “The prevention and treatment of domestic violence and sexual assault deserves our support.  We look forward to donating a portion of our proceeds this holiday season to help HAVEN reach out to those who need them most.”  

Orders for the HAVEN ornament gift package can be placed by calling epiphany at 248-745-3786 or via email at epiphanyinfo@epiphanyglass.com.  Ornaments are individually hand blown, so color and design will vary.

epiphany studio will be open every Saturday in December from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (12/1 hours are noon to 6pm), and the first Thursday evening of every month from 4pm – 9 pm, with free demonstrations and items for purchase, StudioE gift items and collectible art pieces by glass artist April Wagner.  The annual epiphany glass Open Studio Holiday Sale runs Friday, November 30 (4pm-9pm), Saturday, December 1 (12-6) and Sunday, December 2 (12-6). epiphany studio, 770 Orchard Lake Rd. in Pontiac, is located 1/4 mile east of the intersection of Telegraph/Old Telegraph and Orchard Lake Rd, at the corner of Orchard Lake and Sylvan Ct.  Entrance in the rear.

HAVEN is Oakland County’s center for the prevention and treatment of domestic violence and sexual assault. The nationally recognized non-profit organization is a leader in preventing and treating the trauma of domestic violence and sexual assault, through community education and empowerment of survivors.
