American Toner and Ink announces Major Expansion of it's MPS toolbox with HQueve Replenish.

Nov. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Managed Print Services has become an important innovation for most large Imaging Supplies distributors.  Early on, American Toner and Ink, an industry leader in OEM and compatible toner and ink cartridges, saw the potential benefits of this service for its customers but soon recognized a problem.

"You had to be utilizing quite a few printers, copiers and MFP units for MPS to be efficient" explained Richard Olin, president and chief visionary of American Toner.  "And many of our customers did not meet the criteria for MPS efficiency.  Replenish was the first program we found that could offer the efficiencies and cost savings of MPS to these customers.  That's why we jumped at the chance to make Replenish available to our customers."

HQueve Replenish was developed to streamline small and mid-sized business by automating supply procurement and provide just in time delivery of replacements - eliminating the business' need to stock printer and copier supplies.  But, that's not all Replenish does.  The Replenish software will also report on printer utilization, service issues that need to be dealt with and feed useful information about the office machines to management through he Replenish Dashboard.

According to Olin, his company has been one of the first to be given the opportunity to offer Replenish on a widespread basis.  "They have just completed the final tests and are starting to market the software.  We already have a lot of interest from our customers.  They are excited about the opportunity to use MPS in their businesses."
