Peter Berg joins Dahman Law as Law Clerk

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 5, 2012 - Peter Berg, second year law student pursuing his J.D. at the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University, recently joined Dahman Law as a Law Clerk.  He obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Structural Engineering, from the University of Colorado.

Peter is interested in the inner-workings of businesses and the many legal issues they face when making critical decisions.  He strives to help employers navigate precarious legal waters – all while providing their services in an efficient manner.

During his first summer of law school, Peter worked as a law clerk at The Housing Advocates, Inc., where he performed client intakes, and aided in the preparation of trial briefs, motions, and legal memoranda. He also examined mortgage statements and other documents for evidence of predatory lending.  Peter is not yet admitted to practice law, but expects to obtain his license in 2014.  

Prior to law school, Peter gained significant experience in the engineering field working at two Colorado engineering firms as a design intern and construction management assistant.  Among other things, he created engineering plan sets, project specifications, project cost estimates, and structural design strength checks.
